Colegio Jordán de Sajonia is seeking certified International Baccalaureate (IB) teachers who are highly committed, passionate about education, and eager to join a bilingual learning community focused on academic excellence, critical thinking, and international-mindedness.
We are looking for educators who inspire students to build meaningful knowledge through inquiry-based learning, fully aligned with the philosophy and standards of the International Baccalaureate Programme (IB).
Mandatory Requirements
Official IB Teacher Certification (required).
Certified English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (B2–C1).
Bachelor’s degree or teaching qualification in the relevant subject area.
Minimum of 2 years of certified teaching experience.
Ability to teach classes in English, as required by the subject area.
Strong knowledge and application of IB methodologies, including inquiry-based learning and student-centered instruction.
Excellent communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons aligned with the IB curriculum framework.
Design meaningful learning experiences that promote critical thinking, reflection, and real-world connections.
Implement innovative teaching strategies and effectively integrate educational technology.
Assess student progress in accordance with IB assessment criteria.
Maintain clear and effective communication with parents and guardians.
Actively participate in academic meetings, professional development, and institutional activities.
Contribute to the continuous development of the school’s IB learning community.
